Student) and (2) Scholarships to Graduating
Seniors ($500 each Student) from Carver High

In Memory of Dee Forsythe
The Carver Sportsmen’s Club expresses our
condolences to the family of Dee Forsythe.
Many people live out their life never having
contributed anything to the community. Dee
Forsythe donated her time every year putting
together our Scholarship fund raising
placemat. We recognize and are grateful for
her time and effort.
This year marked the tenth anniversary of the
Carver Sportsmen’s Club Scholarship drive.
During this time we raised in excess of
$10,000 to benefit local teens. Dee
contributed significantly to this effort.
As we remember
her life we appreciate that she found the time
to help our efforts. We express our sincerest
sympathy.
